This project involved a significant extension to this landmark hotel which included a 52 bedroom block. the work involved the re-diversion of services from the original building with additional small scale extensions, the refurbishment of the kitchen, a new dining room and a state-of-the-art leisure centre.
The Leisure Centre involved the construction of a swimming pool, within the confines of the hotel. The complex also included a reception area, learners pool, changing village, staff facilities and plant room.
