Eagle Wharf Road Phase 1 complete

Phase 1 of JJ Rhatigan’s redevelopment Eagle Wharf Road for Aitch Group is complete, offering c. 12,000 sq ft of newly developed classic warehouse-style office space in the heart of Hoxton, London.

The contemporary open plan office spaces feature floor to ceiling Crittal windows, reinforced concrete frame and core, pre-cast floors and exposed concrete finishes with feature blade columns framing the façade.

Phase 2 is about to commence with demolition of the existing warehouse buildings which occupied the site. The overall project comprises the design and construction of part 5 and part 6 storey L-shaped building to comprise 36 new residential units to the upper levels and 3,941m² of commercial office space on the lower ground, ground, and part of the first to fourth floors.

The completed project will feature high-quality detailing similar to phase 1, with an active street frontage and targets BREEAM Excellent.
