JJ Rhatigan is delighted to commence works on Phase 2 of Dogpatch office facilities
JJ Rhatigan & Company is delighted to continue our strong working relationship with Dogpatch in further developing their office space facilities in Dublin. Dogpatch, which offers office space for start-ups, is going from strength to strength with its recent collaboration with Google . The deal will support Dogpatch in offering investment and growth opportunities to start up companies. The Google for Entrepreneurs Tech Hub Network helps local start-up communities thrive around the world. Dogpatch Labs members will have access to these co-working spaces free of charge, as well as give members access to Google engineers and experts. Head of Google Ireland, Ronan Harris commented “with Dogpatch Labs and our Google for Entrepreneurs programme, we hope Dublin’s world class start-up community will grow that much faster, building transformative products and companies that will take the world by storm.”
In supporting their growth agenda, JJ Rhatigan & Company have just commenced Phase 2 works for Dogpatch. After successfully completing the fast-track Phase 1 of the project in December 2014 this is the second phase of works J.J. Rhatigan & Company will be completing in the Historic CHQ Building, IFSC, Custom House Quay,
Phase 2 of this project consists of the following:
- Fit-Out of the Vault Level of Unit 1 of the CHQ – Construction and fit out of new toilet core, Construction of new Access/Escape route, New Office space and meeting rooms and break-out areas comprising of Raised Access Flooring, Internal Glazed Screens, Platform Lift, Floor & Wall Finishes, Joinery and new Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Expansion of Office Area on Ground Floor – Raised Access Flooring, Floor/Wall Finishes, Partitions & Ceilings and new Mechanical & Electrical Services
This again is a fast-track fit-out and is due for completion in early November 2015.
