Works are progressing well on Carolyn House, Croydon
Our exciting retail and residential development at Carolyn House, Croydon has started on site with award winning practices Stace LLP and Liam Russell Architects.
The development will consist of the strip out and partial internal demolition of the existing building and the conversion of the existing office block to residential accommodation with retail space on the ground and part first floors. The design will also include the construction of a 6 storey extension to the existing roof, together with improvements to associated external works, drainage and mains services.
