At 4,472 m², the building offers Grade A office spaces, versatile production areas, and energy-efficient systems. It meets LEED Silver and Near Zero Energy Building (nZEB) standards, making it both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. The building is designed for flexibility, allowing businesses to scale as they grow, making it ideal for the tech and life sciences industries.
