Social Housing PPP programme Phase 2 – Proud to be involved in its delivery nationwide
JJ Rhatigan & Company’s construction joint venture with Spain’s Obrascon Huarte Lainare, ROHL, is responsible for the Design and Construction of the second bundle of the Government’s Social Housing PPP programme and will deliver these new homes nationwide. There are eight locations across the country including Clare, Waterford, Kildare, Roscommon, Galway and three in Cork. We are very proud to be involved in the delivery of the second bundle of this significant Social Housing initiative and setting the standard for the subsequent phases of the programme. As an indigenous Irish main contractor, we link local experience and expertise with the best of international practice.
