The development will be built in a number of blocks connected at all floor levels and consist of 114 bedrooms, reception area, lounge area; dining area and two bars.

With a total gross floor area of 5,310m2 the development includes works to protect and conserve the older elements of No. 86 Bohermore and also the existing former railway tunnel (located beneath No. 80 Prospect Hill) that will be integrated into the overall design. The development also includes vehicular and pedestrian access via Prospect Hill with 11 car parking spaces, all hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments. The Dean Hotel in Galway will have a similar style in terms of “design, aesthetic and offering” as its sister hotel in Dublin.
