A part new build and part refurbishment mixed-use scheme comprising a new build four-storey apartment block housing sixteen apartments and ground floor commercial / retail space.
The project also involved a major refurbishment of an existing building that previously formed part of a doctors surgery, to restore it for use as a three bedroom, semi detached family home. Carried out under a Design and Build contract, JJ Rhatigan worked closely alongside the client at all stages to determine their requirements and to design a building to suit.
