Mixed-use redevelopment consisted of a new build 4 storey building including basement, accommodating 58 mixed tenure dwellings and community facilities, including a semi-public urban square and communal garden.
The new buildings are situated around a series of hard and soft landscaped squares and a new public link through to Mare Street. The residential component consisted of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and family houses with private gardens. The works involved extensive archaeological digs with MOLA and Historic England.
