This mixed-use development is the second phase of the Charlemont Street Regeneration Project in Dublin 2. It consists of the demolition and site clearance of four existing residential block of flats and the construction of multi-storey blocks which include circa 23,000m² of basement over two levels, over 290 apartments and 45,000m² of retail and A grade office space.
This is a constrained site in proximity to residential and commercial buildings in Dublin’s city centre and throughout the project we are working in close collaboration with Dublin City council. We are delighted to be involved in the delivery of this landmark project, for McGarrell Reilly Group, in the heart of Dublin city.
