JJ Rhatigan were engaged as the Main Contractor for remediation works and construction of a new build 137 room Premier Inn hotel in Tolworth, including ancillary café, a “Thyme” bar and restaurant with 110 covers.
The development is a new build on an existing brown field site built over 8 storeys at the front and 5 storeys at the rear with 60 basement car parking spaces and associated landscaping and access. The site is located in close vicinity to the future Cross-Rail 2 line and has been identified as a key area of change and development for the Royal Borough of Kingston.
