This project comprised of the design & build of the Maldron Hotel at Kevin Street, including the demolition of the existing factory/ warehouse (647m²).
The works involved the construction of a new 6 storey over basement level building comprising of 150 bedrooms, an “Al Fresco” dining area, car parking spaces, bicycle parking, and all hard and soft landscaping.
