This project consisted of the fit-out of the existing ground floor commercial space at the Heuston South Quarter.
It included floor, wall and ceiling finishes, internal partitions, wall linings, mechanical & electrical installations and the construction of structural steel mezzanine at the ground floor level to accommodate large plant items. The bakery area and cold room area was also fitted out.
