The project included demolition of the existing petrol station.
The project entailed reconstruction of the new forecourt with insulation of new petrol tank. The service station contains a large retail unit with a grocery store, deli and hot and food service area. The works also included a basement carpark with additional works to include hard and soft landscaping.
