Under the NDFA Design & Build Framework Agreement, JJ Rhatigan & Company won the contract for the design and construction of Bundles 1 of the devolved schools programme. These included primary and post-primary schools on 4 different sites with a mix of new build, replacement, refurbishment and extensions.
Bundle 1 included: Duleek Boys & Girls Schools, Navan Educate Together, St Joseph’s CBS Drogheda and Griffeen Valley Educate Together, Lucan.
