Callis Yard was a new build development of 216 apartments consisting of 170 private dwellings, 20 shared ownership dwellings and 26 rented apartments, as well as the conversion of a heritage listed stable block into three townhouses.

The development featured a child play area, business centre and private gym for the residents. The project included a mainly green roof area across the 5 blocks of building, with the plant rooms, bin and bicycle store located in the basement.
