The building was initially constructed to 25,000 sq. ft. concrete pad foundations / steel frame / Kingspan cladding / integrated windows, reception, office and toilet accommodation to the front of the building and open area production space to the rear. The works also included the extension of the first floor structure to cover the entire footprint of the building. The installation of partitioning to define the various work areas, the installation of services to the offices, laboratories and circulation areas were also included in the scope of the works. Backup generators and nitrogen generators were also provided and installed.
