The judges commented “Having embraced the benefits of Building Information Modelling and embedded it into all its projects, this company is developing both its own staff and sub-contractors knowledge and competence in working within a BIM environment. It is using the model to iron out most, if not all, construction issues before starting on site and in doing so is also building industry wide capacity to deliver a better construction experience for its clients,” they added.
JJ Rhatigan & Company is currently working on 39 BIM projects, including the 14 Primary Care units across Ireland, St. Patrick’s College Dublin, Trinity Business School Dublin, Project Trinity Residential Dublin, and Chiswick Community School London.
