Refurbishment and extension to the old Great Southern Hotel together with the construction of 20 Holiday Apartments.
The refurbishment consisted of the retention of the entire front facade and the reconstruction of all floors and the roof. The extension consisted of a new function room and bar and a leisure centre with swimming pool. The works included the restoration of internal mouldings and cornices, which were replicated in the new extension to the building.
