JJ Rhatigan appointed as main contractor for the first phase of The Landing, Maidenhead
JJ Rhatigan & Company is delighted to have been appointed as main contractor for the first phase of The Landing, Maidenhead with construction starting on site this month.
The Landing is JJ Rhatigan’s second major project for the residential developer HUB and when completed the scheme will deliver 429 Build to Rent homes and 23,000 sq ft of ground floor retail over six multi-storey blocks in the centre of Maidenhead.
Situated on a 3.5-acre site adjacent to Maidenhead Station, where Crossrail trains will arrive next year, this development will also include car parking and extensive new public realm.
The Landing, Maidenhead is designed by Studio Egret West and the scheme is expected to complete in Q4 2024.
