This 2042 sqm Primary Care Centre features a range of community-based services such as dental services, community mental health services & child and adolescent mental health services, early intervention teams, and Doctor on call services. The facility is fully enabled for disabled access including induction audible loops for persons with hearing impairments.
The car park contains 62 car parking spaces, of which 5 are wheelchair accessible. Adjacent to the waiting area, is a children’s external play area consisting of soft rubber landscaping with hopscotch numbered squares and some rubber play features.
The Balfour Beatty JJ Rhatigan Primary Care CJV is responsible for the design and construction of a total of 14 Primary Care Centres across Ireland, of which Ballinrobe is one.
