Phase 1 comprised of the decommissioning and demolition of the existing school and the construction of a new two storey educational building organized around a new central courtyard. The refurbishment of the old workhouse buildings included restoration of existing lime facades, hydraulic lime plaster & installation of old feature teak windows matching existing.
Phase 2 comprised of the decommissioning and demolition of the remainder of the 1970’s and 1980’s flat-roofed structures. These were replaced by a new two storey structure which consists of a new state of the art construction studies work rooms, engineering work rooms, general classrooms, library & science laboratories.
