Works comprised of the complete refurbishment of Structure 08, which was the old St. Brendan’s Hospital in Grangegorman (Protected Structure).
The works consisted of the demolition of the existing boiler house emergency escape stairs and the complete internal refurbishment and alterations, the provision of new doors, new floor finishes and the refurbishment of existing windows.
