Works comprised of the demolition of an existing single storey Primary School building and the construction of a new Primary School containing classrooms, 3 special education rooms and associated site works on the existing school site. The school has a gross floor area of 2,128m² over 3 floors.
Site development works consisted of basketball courts, soccer pitch, together with a staff car park. Phase 2 included alterations and refurbishment of the adjoining community centre which comprised of the main hall, kitchen, lobby, office and meeting rooms.
