A Design & Build Project in Dublin’s inner city involving the construction and fit out of a 2,000m² office block over four floors, together with a double basement car park with parking for 69 vehicles. The development also includes a 150 bedroom hotel and a 15 meeting room conference center.
The four-storey building was constructed and then each floor was fitted out for individual clients. Both open plan and cellular office accommodation with a double height feature
entrance were created, all fitted out fully with office furniture, workstations, tea stations, bespoke partitions, communication rooms and air conditioning on each floor. Meeting rooms and conference rooms were also created with full video conferencing facilities. Each storey had raised access floors to facilitate all wiring and cabling detail.
