Design, construction and completion of a new 163 bedroom Maldron hotel, bar, restaurant and meeting room facilities. Works included the incorporation of protected structures – 94 & 95 South Mall into the scheme and the retention of an existing protected façade to Parnell Place with associated service installations and civil works.
Construction works comprised an additional floor over the existing structure at the 4th and 5th Floor Levels comprising 27 bedrooms, plant room and link structure – Internal fit out of existing shell and core building comprising 136 bedrooms, meeting rooms and front and back of house facilities accommodation/plant.
