This project involved the construction of a new residential care centre of approximately 7,729m² at St. Patrick’s Hospital Waterford.
It includes 100 ensuite single bedrooms, a production kitchen and patient and staff facilities. The development also involved the internal and external refurbishment of the mortuary chapel- a protected structure – to form a new main entrance and foyer for the hospital and new unit.
