The project consisted of the refurbishment and fit out of an area of 850m2 of first floor space in the business block of the main institute building in Athlone Institute of Technology.
The area was refurbished to accommodate new and updated teaching space for the Business School. The works involved the construction of internal partition walls and openable/folding walls between classrooms, ceilings and bulkheads, floor levelling and laying various types of floor coverings, installation of replacement aluminium framed windows, joinery including new fire doors, painting and new mechanical and electrical installations.
