This 3,811 sqm Primary Care Centre features GP surgeries, dental surgeries, public health nursing rooms, staff facilities, and offices. It will provide a wide range of community-based services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, mental health, speech, and language therapy.
The ground floor main reception has a children’s play area complete with seating. The facility is fully enabled for disabled access including induction audible loops for persons with hearing impairments. Adjacent to the waiting area, is a children’s external play area consisting of soft rubber landscaping with hopscotch numbered squares and some rubber play features. The car park contains 20 car parking spaces, 5 of which are wheelchair accessible.
