This project consisted of the construction of a new office block development of 3160m2 contained in a three storey office building together with an underground car park.
The office accommodation was laid out in 15 suites to accommodate up to 15 different enterprises. The building was a structural Steel framed building with architectural wall cladding and curtain walling, Mechanical, Electrical, Ventilation and Lift Installation.
