Under the NDFA Design & Build Framework Agreement, JJ Rhatigan & Company won the contract for the design and construction of Bundles 3 of the devolved schools programme. These included primary and post-primary schools on 6 different sites with a mix of new build, replacement, refurbishment and extensions.
Bundle 3 included: Cloughduv NS, Cork; CBS Midleton, Cork; Watergrasshill NS, Cork; Nagle Rice NS, Kerry; Presentation Secondary School, Milltown Kerry; and Galvone NS, Limerick.
