Richmond Road consists of 40 social housing apartments over a basement car parking in Dublin’s city centre. The project included a new pedestrian/vehicular access road from Richmond Road at the North-West end of the site.
Photovoltaic cells were installed on the roof and all apartments through the complex were commissioned with LED lighting. Works also included the demolition and removal of the existing ESB – station, and the construction of a new sub-station, concrete foot paths and boundaries to the front and rear of the site.
