This design and build project involved the construction of a school and gymnasium to accommodate 650 students at a greenfield 12-acre site.
The work here was carried out under a design and build contract under rigid budget controls. Features of the project included finished concrete and block work elements, equality joinery, all-weather pitch, and leisure facilities.
